BREAKING NEWS – Raleigh, North Carolina – After a ten year study, the American Kennel Club has concluded that dogs can only understand English, and all other languages either confuses or irritates the popular pets. They also determined that people who have New York, New Jersey, or Boston accents, disorients dogs, but the canines usually figure out what their master is trying to say.
