BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – The ACLU has now filed a lawsuit against the federal government regarding Labor Day, alleging that the name is discriminatory and is not all inclusive. In their court papers, they state that “the title ‘Labor Day” indirectly suggests that only people who are employed have value, thus demeaning lazy worthless couch potatoes and/or contented street bums”.
