BREAKING NEWS – Chicago, Illinois – For the first time in 12 years, schools all over the city were shutdown because of the midwestern blizzard, thus it was a snowday for 410,000 children. At a press conference, State Superintendent Chris Koch stated that since the Chicago public schools are some of the worst in the country, missing one day of school won’t make the students any dumber than they already are.
