The judge stated that just because Methuselah lived over 900 years passed his life expectancy, does not permit the government to stop sending him his social security checks. The initial judge of the case had to recused himself because one of his ancestors went to high school with Methuselah; it was his great great great great great great great great great great great grandfather.
