BREAKING NEWS – Ferguson, Missouri – CNN is reporting that the Ferguson protestors have delivered to police a list of 18 “Rules of Engagement”, in case there is more unrest if the grand jury refuses to indict Police Officer Darren Wilson. Some of the rules that police rejected outright included, Rule 7 which states that “any protestors that are arrested and detained for more than three hours must be fed a seven course meal along with a beverage or a domestic wine”. Rule 12 in regard to police using force, “That guns and bullets should be replaced with slingshots and marbles”. And Rule 17 in dealing with looters, “That thieves cannot be arrested unless they are running away with stolen property that exceeds their own body weight”.
