BREAKING NEWS – Washington D.C. – The Congressional Black Caucus is vigorously pushing a law that they feel will protect the citizens of Ferguson, Missouri. They want to make it a felony punishable up to five years in prison, for any business owners that had their establishment destroyed twice in two separate riots, to permanent close down shop and relocate to another city. Congresswoman Marcia Fudge stated that, “Business by definition is a risk. To leave town simply because some people exercised their constitutional right to express themselves with torches is not fair. Because many citizens are counting on their goods and services, for business owners to say that they are even considering leaving is comparable to a terrorist threat and should be severely penalized in my opinion.”
