BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – According to Vice President Joe Biden, car tires that have the tendency to hydroplane, is an issue that should be addressed by the FAA. He also stated that drivers who intentionally hydroplane, should be ticketed for not having a pilot’s license, and also be fined if they didn’t inform the passengers on where the emergency exits are in case the vehicle is in an accident, plus the proper way to use flotation devices.
