BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – President Obama floats making voting mandatory to a civic group in Cleveland, calling it “potentially transformative”. He explained that less than 37 percent of eligible voters cast ballots in the 2014 midterms, according to the United States Election Project. President Obama furthered his position by saying, “I was deeply disappointed that people with low incomes and people in this country illegally didn’t vote by the millions during the midterms, to express their gratitude to all of the free stuff that I continue to provide.”
