BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – The pilot of a small gyrocopter Doug Hughes, who is also employed by the USPS, is in custody Wednesday after evading security and landing on the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol. Hughes took responsibility for the stunt on a website where he said he wanted to bring attention to people using the phrase “going postal”, because it unfairly suggests that employees at the Postal Service occasionally do things that may be construed as insane.
