BREAKING NEWS – Los Angeles, California – Rapper Snoop Dogg is suing Pabst Brewing Co. over a deal he says entitles him a portion of the proceeds from the company’s sale last year. The breach of contract lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court seeks 10 percent of the net sales price paid to Pabst for its Colt 45 malt beer line, which was included in last year’s sale. An attorney for Pabst stated that Snoop Dogg breached the morality clause in the contract, after he produced a video on how to avoid getting arrested if the police stop you while you’re driving, when you have beer and marijuana on your breath, and a loaded weapon under your car seat.
