BREAKING NEWS – Las Vegas, Nevada – District Attorney Susan Roger continues to maintain her high conviction rate, as she successfully prosecuted a two month old baby for assaulting his twin brother by punching him in the mouth. Judge Cedric Kerns who also has the reputation of being tough on crime for youths, said he will follow the guidelines within Nevada laws and will sentence the infant to the maximum time allowed, in the state (play) pen.
