BREAKING NEWS – Johnstown, Pennsylvania – Abby Lee Miller, of the Lifetime hit show “Dance Moms,” has been indicted on charges of bankruptcy fraud, United States Attorney David J. Hickton of the Western District of Pennsylvania said in a statement. The 20-count indictment includes charges related to concealment of bankruptcy assets and false bankruptcy declarations. Miller faces up to five years behind bars and up to $5 million in fines, since each count carries a possible $250,000 fine. Her agent stated that “Dance Moms” will continue no matter the outcome of the legal proceedings. And as a precaution, they already have a plan to film little girls being taught to dance by Miller, in the courtyard of a federal prison.
