BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – The Federal Aviation Administration has just announced that on Halloween in between the hours of 6 p.m. and midnight, witches flying on brooms will be allowed to cast spells on people that are flying drones in their air space. The FAA also said that the witches will be prohibited from changing the drone owners into extremely dangerous creatures like tigers, poisonous snakes, or uninformed voters.
