BREAKING NEWS – Baltimore, Maryland – After the recent peaceful protests in the streets due to a hung jury in the trial of Officer William Porter, Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake delivered a well anticipated speech. Focusing on a press conference she made early this year when she ordered the police to give protesters “space to destroy”, she promised that day will be coming soon. She said she wants to wait just a little longer before giving the “ok”, because she’s giving the previous businesses that were decimated during the last riots, “time to finish their rebuilding, so they can be completely wiped out a second time.”
