The Oscar winner was snapped wearing eyeliner after enjoying a meal in London with his estranged wife, Jennifer Garner and their three children. His agent said that Affleck has “spontaneous bladder control issues” and he was wearing it with the hope that the British were liberal enough to allow him to go into the nearest bathroom of his choice.
