BREAKING NEWS – Baltimore, Maryland – District Attorney Marilyn Mosby has filed a motion seeking the removal of Circuit Judge Barry Williams from the upcoming trials of the last three officers. In the motion she states, “The transcripts of the latest trial clearly reflects that Judge Williams has repeatedly and unfairly placed ‘the burden of proof’ on the prosecution. This unfortunately shows his lack of desire to bring healing to the the city of Baltimore with a conviction. I am also offended at his constant badgering of me in a courtroom, by relentlessly requesting evidence to validate my legal theories.”
