BREAKING NEWS – Petaluma, California – Sweepie Rambo, a Chinese Crested dog, is held up by owner Jason Wurtz during the World’s Ugliest Dog Competition. The dog went on to take first prize in the competition, based on the new rule that gives extra points for a competing canine if its grotesque appearance causes a judge to faint.
