BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – The U.S. Supreme Court has now ruled that the Weather Channel and meteorologists nationwide, can be sued for fraud if they make an erroneous prediction, and can be held financially responsible for ruining picnics, outdoor sporting events, and parades. They concluded that all potential defendants can legally protect themselves by posting a disclaimer informing viewers, that their weather forecasts are for “entertainment purposes only”.
