BREAKING NEWS – San Antonio, Texas – Three people were bitten when kittens they brought home they thought were domestic, turned out to be bobcats. The caretakers thought the cats, found in Atascosa County, were Bengal kittens — a rare domestic breed — and brought them inside a nearby home. The bobcats were fed milk from pet-feeding bottles, but those who took them in reportedly realized something was wrong when the hungry animals tore the bottles apart and bit them. The San Antonio Animal Care Services said these exact same three people were bitten last year as they were preparing for a fishing trip, when they were attacked by rattlesnakes, mistaking them for “very large noisy worms”.
