BREAKING NEWS – Castroville, Texas – Chief U.S. District Judge Fred Biery, who issued an order against the Medina Valley Independent School District that prohibited a public prayer at a high school graduation ceremony, was promptly reversed by an appeals court. Judge Biery stated in his order, that he based his decision on his strong belief that most people are going to hell, and praying for “these individuals” only temporarily delays them from arriving at their well deserved permanent residence.
