BREAKING NEWS – Meaux, France – A French priest has been suspended from “all baptism and marriage celebrations” after a viral video showed him slapping a baby on the face during a baptism ceremony, the diocese said. Father Jacque Lacroix, 89, a priest who belonged to the Meaux Diocese, became a viral sensation after a YouTube video showed him giving a baby a slap on the cheek. The video, which has been viewed more than 5 million times. Lacroix later stated the real reason he slapped the child, was because he had a premonition, that when the baby boy becomes around ten years old, he will be paid millions of dollars from the Catholic church to quietly settle some sexual harassment allegations. “I’m sorry about backhanding that whining brat,” he explained. “But sometimes I just get really frustrated with tattle tales demanding restitution that financially damages the Vatican and embarrasses decent honorable men, that happen to be slightly perverted.”
