BREAKING NEWS – Sacramento, California – Due to the deteriorating budget crisis, Governor Jerry Brown announced that he plans to introduce a bill that will be placing parking meters in the garages of every house in the Golden State. “We need an influx of cash ASAP,” explained Brown. “I don’t think people should complain about it, because no one was charged a penny for over a century and they should count their blessings. And to show that I am a reasonable person, if the bill passes, I will give all homeowners up to 60 days to remove their garage doors.”
