BREAKING NEWS – New York City, New York – Astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson is addressing allegations made by at least 3 women into claims of sexual misconduct. The astrophysicist and author tackled each of the allegations, where he offered his version of the events and denied the allegations. “I’ve recently been publicly accused of sexual misconduct. These accusations have received a fair amount of press in the past forty-eight hours, unaccompanied by my reactions,” he began. “But clearly I cannot continue to stay silent. I graduated from Princeton, and my accusers aren’t nearly as educated as I am, so consider the source. I have studied heavenly bodies that are trillions of miles from here. I also study earthly bodies with a ‘hands on’ approach. I am not a Christian, so I don’t want to hear anything about me doing something ‘morally wrong’, since I reject the unreasonable standards of the bible. Those women can call what I did to them as inappropriate, but I call it science, and their lack of impressive diplomas confirms that they are not in a position to criticize my research!”
