BREAKING NEWS – Vatican City, Italy – Speaking to tens of thousands of tourists, pilgrims and Romans that gathered in St. Peter’s Square, Pope Francis I urged the world to put aside “partisan interests” this Christmas to help find a political solution to the ongoing wars in Yemen and Syria, and the conflicts happening around the globe. Without fraternity, the Pope says, “even our best plans and projects risk being soulless and empty,” and added that “our differences, then, are not a detriment or a danger; they are a source of richness.” The Pope then signaled for some armed guards to escort the two altar boys to their seats, due to concerns over their safety from visiting priests from all over the globe, that are currently being investigated for sexual abuse.
