BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – PETA now wants a law passed making clichés with animals in it, to be considered a form of hate speech. This includes but not limited to phrases like, “sick as a dog”, “beating a dead horse”, “letting the cat out of the bag”, “drunk as skunk”, and many others. PETA president and cofounder Ingrid Newkirk stated, “There is never a need to express ourselves using any of this planet’s beautiful creatures in a negative light. Only unintelligent stupid people with small vocabularies ever speak referring to animals in such a fashion, and I’m tired of this B.S.!”
