BREAKING NEWS – El Paso, Texas – Presidential candidate Beto O’Rourke said living close to your place of work should not just be for people who have money. “Living close to work shouldn’t be a luxury for the rich. It’s a right for everyone,” the former Texas congressman said, explaining how proposals to have people live closer to their work fits into his plan. “I have proposed to invest more in high-speed rail systems in and around metropolitan areas,” O’Rourke explained. “I am also considering having certain lanes on expressways where dragsters from race tracks can take people to their jobs at about 300 mph. And if elected, I would allot funding for NASA to build a duplicate of Star Trek’s ‘Enterprise’ that could beam people from home to office, which would eliminate carbon footprints from vehicle emissions.”
