BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – Democratic frontrunner Joe Biden explains why he believes that Hawaii and Rhode Island are getting very few conformed cases of the coronavirus. “When you’re in the middle of the ocean, it’s easy to monitor who’s coming and going,” he explained. “That’s the benefit for these two states being surrounded by water, thousands of miles from the mainland. For the other 68 states, it’s a different story.”
