BREAKING NEWS – Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – An unnamed policeman says he plans to file a lawsuit against the local police department, after he was informed of their intentions to fire him because they feel he is obese. His lawyer stated that his client was not violating any rules by refusing to patrol anywhere that’s more than a block from a fast food restaurant. He did admit that his client made an error in judgment by consisting leaving his gun at home, so he could fill his holster with French fries.
