BREAKING NEWS – Chicago, Illinois – Cook County State Attorney Kim Foxx revealed an ambitious plan to wipe clean the records of convicted marijuana dealers and expressed a willingness to support expunging the records of those found guilty of selling heroin and cocaine.
“I don’t look at them as a bunch of drug dealers that’s selling poison to our community,” Foxx explained. “I look at them as small business people trying to make a living and put food on their table, that’s selling poison to our community. And when I look it that way, I have a lot of admiration and respect for dope addicts that’s doing all that they can to keep these hard working tireless drug dealers from going under, which will force them to close down their lucrative businesses.”
