BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – Vice President Kamala Harris laughed while responding to a question from a reporter if she would be visiting the border amid the growing migrant crisis.
While taking questions from reporters outside of Air Force One, Harris was asked if she had “plans to visit” the southern border as the immigration crisis continues to develop.
The vice president responded to the query with a “not today” before laughing. She spoke as she continued to snicker. “I think the immigrants would be uncomfortable with me being there after I told them where and how I currently live, as I tried to avoid laughing at them as they relax on the ground on raggedy mattresses. So when I said ‘not today’, I meant I wouldn’t go to the border until I was trained to bite my lip to avoid giggling at their unfortunate situation.”
