BREAKING NEWS – Phoenix, Arizona – A motorcyclist was given a citation for a public obscenity, due to his attempt to have the design on his scooter being anatomically accurate.
“The front of the scooter was ok,” said the officer. But the back of it obviously crosses a line. I also rejected his excuse that he was from San Francisco, and the design there was extremely popular.”
