BREAKING NEWS – Washington, D.C. – As crime surges across the nation, Democratic mayors in approximately 20 U.S. cities that have called for defunding the police have received millions in taxpayer funds towards their own personal security details, according to a new report compiled by Forbes auditor Open the Books.
Mayors from Chicago, San Francisco, and New York wrote a joint letter responding to the report from Forbes, which read in part, “We have to get our own private security for our safety from republican citizens. We emphatically believe that the spike in murders in our cities is caused by conservatives sneaking into our communities late at night, killing democrats, and then casually walking out of our cities carrying bibles.”
