BREAKING NEWS – New York City, New York – American Express subjected its employees to a series of critical race theory training sessions that encouraged staff to rank themselves on a hierarchy of “privilege” and apply that hierarchy in the workplace, with the more “privileged” employees deferring to staff from “marginalized groups.”

According to internal documents reviewed by Christopher F. Rufo, a senior fellow at The Manhattan Institute, and first reported in The New York Post, Amex executives created an internal “Anti-Racism Initiative” after the death of George Floyd.

During the training, one of the employees suggested that they lower the interest rates of black people using their credit card. According to witnesses, that particular employee was grabbed by several executives and thrown from the third floor through a plate glass window. The company quickly settled  the wrongful death lawsuit, by telling the employee’s family they would give them a zero percent balance transfer to American Express, for the next six months.
