BREAKING NEWS – Charlotte, North Carolina – CEO of Bank of America Brian Moynihan, states that they have no choice but to start charging their members a monthly service fee of five dollars for the use of their debit card. Moynihan blames the new cost on the growing amount of states that are suing B of A. He added that he will wave the fees, providing that all of the state Attorney Generals immediately withdrew their lawsuits, and to protect their assest from future civil litigation, promise to introduce a bill to Congress that will legalize mortgage fraud.
