BREAKING NEWS – Cambridge, Maryland – Maryland Mayor Andrew Bradshaw allegedly posted dozens of nude images of an ex-girlfriend on Reddit, according to court papers.
Bradshaw, 32, was arrested on 50 counts of distributing revenge porn and appeared in Dorchester Circuit Court, where he was released without bail.
Prosecutors say that elected official created multiple accounts on the forum Reddit using variations of the victim’s name and birthdate and posted the explicit photos captioned with racial slurs and crude language.
Bradshaw briefly commented on his arrest at a press conference. “Why are people so shocked at this?” he began. “I used racial slurs to show how angry I was, because everyone knows, black people are always mad about something. It was a bad breakup, and this is what people my age, do. I gave her several opportunities to take me back, and she refused, thus she is partially responsibility for my behavior. But knowing her, she’ll play ‘Miss Innocent’, and try to put all of this on me. This is also a reminder to her and everyone, that there is a cost for ignoring the request of an elected official.”
