BREAKING NEWS – Huaxi, China – A small Chinese village unveils their new skyscraper, which is taller than the Chrysler Building. It was built so Chinese authorities could observe the streets during the day, to insure that all children between the ages of 6 and 10 were either in school or at work. The 6 to 10 year old children that were allowed to be on the streets during the day, had to carry waivers verifying that they either worked the swing shift or graveyard.
