BREAKING NEWS – Green Bay, Wisconsin – A woman accused of killing and dismembering a Green Bay man last year attacked her attorney during a court hearing.
Taylor Schabusiness was seated in a Brown County circuit court when her attorney asked the judge for an additional two weeks for a defense expert to review her competency to stand trial.
The judge presiding over the hearing indicated he would postpone the trial to May 15. The trial had been postponed before and had previously been set for March.
Then, Schabusiness attacked her attorney and was removed from the courtroom.
She professed her innocence of dismembering a man, throughout the proceedings, but she was yelling as she attacked her attorney, “I wish I had my machete!”
