BREAKING NEWS – Des Moines, Iowa – Howard University and Kansas played basketball at the Wells Fargo Arena when Vice President Harris appeared on the video board, and appeared to received an icy reception. According to multiple reports, the boos outweighed the cheers from those in attendance.
