BREAKING NEWS – Chicago, Illinois – Chicagoans are enraged after it was revealed the city plans to house hundreds of migrants at a local park, displacing youth and senior programs as the Windy City continues to battle an influx of illegal immigrants.
Chicago Alderman Chris Taliaferro confirmed the city plans to shelter 200 migrants at the field, which residents claim will impact a youth football team and various senior programs, and he “strongly opposed” the proposal.
Mayor Brandon Johnson commented on the city’s plan that he approved. “As far as the youth football teams, I’ve seen all the players and none of them are that great, so they should try some other sport that doesn’t inhibit my immigration plan,” he began. “And in regards to the seniors, some of them are so old, that they can remember a time before Texas became a state, thus I don’t give their concerns any consideration either. The elderly in Chicago had an opportunity to make something of themselves and didn’t, so I say let’s push them out of the way, and give the migrants a chance.”
