BREAKING NEWS – Saratoga, New York – A retired merchant marine Michael Arnold, 65, suspected of using his small plane to stalk Cassie Wilusz for more than four years in Upstate New York, was arrested for the third time in a single week for allegedly tormenting her.
Wilusz, who owns Revolution Cafe in the small village of Schuylerville, shared videos that allegedly show him circling her home in his plane and following her in his car. She said he began harassing her after she rejected his advances in 2019.
Arnold was arraigned on nine counts of criminal contempt, in violation of an order of protection. He spoke to awaiting reporters after leaving the courtroom. “I have been accused of stalking Miss Wilusz using planes, trains, and automobiles,” he began. “The truth is, I was just using planes and automobiles, and I have never been on Amtrak in my life!”
