BREAKING NEWS – Dolton, Illinois – Embattled south suburban leader Tiffany Henyard, facing criticism for her lavish spending and leadership style, suffered a setback on the polls even though she wasn’t on the ballot.
The Thornton Township supervisor/mayor of Dolton, Illinois, pushed for a tax to fund mental health services that failed by a wide margin.
Two-thirds of voters rejected the tax that would’ve added an extra $42 per year on a $100,000 home with the hope of raising $2.9M.
