Sometimes, people blatantly avoid what needs to be discussed. A clear example of this is when a friend of mine who works at San Diego Zoo, was at a staff meeting. According to him, no one wanted to talk about the extensive financial cost of one of their largest animal’s difficult pregnancy. Which shows they were ignoring the elephant in the womb.
