I have learned over the years to take a person’s aspirations serious, no matter how young they are. When I was in the 4th grade a classmate of mine told me that she planned on becoming the symbol of a major company before the end of the school year. I told her it would never happen because it was stupid idea, and she was equally stupid for coming up with such a ridiculous goal. She didn’t return to school after the summer because she ending up accomplishing her goal, and was enrolled in a private school in a wealthy neighborhood. After everything was said and done, I was the one that ended up looking like a fool, for taking her dream with a grain of salt.
