I was at McCarran Airport in Las Vegas, sitting down and relaxing waiting for my plane to arrive at the terminal. I then noticed outside a window, a bird standing on the ledge. The glass was the only thing separating us and the bird was no more than a couple of feet away. As I got closer, I was captivated.
For some reason, the bird turned toward me, and for a few moments it stare at me intensely. To my surprise, it pointed at the control tower, the jet fuel crew on the ground, and at one of the commercial planes. It then scratched on a piece of paper that was nearby, the words, “You humans need all that crap just to fly? No wonder most animals think your species is so freakin’ stupid”.
I was going to say something like, “At least we have an in flight movie”, but I thought that would’ve sounded too juvenile.
