My nephew who has had countless run-ins with the law, joined the Army last year and finally turned his life around. I was talking to my brother on the phone and it was a very bad connection. Anyway, I’m assuming my nephew is now an officer involved in military judicial matters, because it sounded like my brother told me his son is now a court marshal… or something like that.
