U.S. & World History – A little known fact, is that a certain well known actor got his name because of the Weather Channel. Both of his parents were big fans of the Weather Channel, and they decided to name their son after one of the forecasts and location, the day he was born. On that particular day, the meteorologist gave the predominate weather for each state and said, “Snowstorms – Massachusetts, strong winds – Illinois, dense hail – Washington”.
