U.S. & World History – On June 25, 1876, in a ravine near Little Bighorn River in Montana, General Custer and his 266 men were surrounded and ultimately massacred by 3500 Sioux Indians. Initially when General Custer saw the aggressively approaching Chief Crazy Horse, he made a T-sign with his hands indicating he wanted a timeout to discuss strategy with his troops. Historical evidence strongly suggests, that Chief Crazy Horse didn’t acknowledge his request.
