U.S. & World History – A very popular song composed by the legendary singer Ray Charles, was inspired by his limousine driver changing a flat tire on his car. When he completed the task and loaded up the equipment to make the repair, unfortunately he forgot to close the trunk and some of the tools fell out of the back as he drove off. But because of his well known spontaneous creativity, Ray Charles immediately began writing lyrics once he heard that jack hit the road.
