My trip to Washington, D.C. (Part 4 of 5) When speaking to a male flight attendant enroute to Washington, D.C., I told him that a friend informed me that men in his career field were usually gay. He responded by saying that stereotyping people is a lazy form of thinking, and trying to categorize people of any occupation is just plain stupid. He then asked me if the skirt he was wearing made him look fat. I told him that it did, and he would look smaller if either he lost weight or start shaving his legs. Apparently he took a lot of pride in his appearance.
