U.S. & World History – The first recorded Thanksgiving occurred in 1621 in Plymouth, Massachusetts, and it was comprised of the pilgrims and the Wampanoag Indians. The food was plentiful and their interactions were warm and friendly. The only disagreement that occurred during the historical feast, was when a referee made a questionable call on tv during a bitter rivalry between two college football teams.
